Job Description
- Lead and manage teams of fabricators, welders, fitters, and riggers to achieve targets.
- Read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, layouts, and shop drawings accurately.
- Supervise cutting, welding, forming, assembly, and installation processes.
- Plan daily/weekly tasks, assign work, and monitor progress closely.
- Coordinate with QC, HSE, engineering, logistics, and contractors.
- Perform visual inspections and apply basic NDT (MT, PT, UT, RT).
- Ensure HSE compliance, JSA, PTW systems, and SOP adherence.
- Prepare daily reports, weekly updates, and communicate progress effectively.
