Job Description

• Monitor and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures across project sites.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and Risk Assessment for all high-risk activities.
• Provide safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to workers, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and monitor safe practices during construction, lifting, and hot work.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to integrate safety requirements into daily operations.
• Maintain accurate safety records, prepare weekly/monthly HSE reports, and liaise with regulatory authorities when required.
