Rexline's Lamongan facility supports structural and mechanical fabrication through CNC cutting, forming, rolling, welding, machining, blasting, coating, assembly and inspection. Production planning and QA/QC are aligned with approved drawings, material specifications, procedures and delivery requirements.
What We Deliver
The Fabrication Services scope Rexline takes on, from engineering through to handover.
- 01CNC plasma cutting capability up to 140 mm plate thickness, subject to material grade and required cut quality. Heavy-machining capability includes large-diameter turning, milling, shearing and cutting equipment.
- 02The facility employs 210 personnel across fabrication, QC, logistics, and surface treatment teams.
- 03Lamongan factory operates in two continuous shifts to meet high output demands.
- 04Dedicated sandblasting and painting rooms for surface protection.
